| Our Paris Louvre Apartment was the base of a successful trip. We spent our days on foot, there are wonderful neighborhoods within short walks in all directions. Since the Louvre is only a 5 minute walk, our children were able to take in this amazing museum with ease. We ended up spending hours there every day and by the end of our week, the children loved the Louvre. They said it was their favorite place in Paris. We also walked almost daily to Ile de la Cite and Notredame. The daily restaurants we picked from guide books were all within walking distance. Stelios was helpful and flexible. The apartment was clean and comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. |

| After urging from my family and Evelyn of Journeywoman.com, to go on holiday alone I found this apartment and the friendly support from Stelios was the perfect way to do it!
I felt safe, was very comfortable and soon found my way around. Being met at the airport and then taken back there was well worth doing, especially as my plane left one hour before the strikes began..no need to panic, perfect.

| We spent a week at Stelios's studio. It represents good value for Paris. Great location, you can walk to just about anywhere in Paris you want to, with the Louvre and Rue de Rivoli just there, or across the river to the Left Bank. Metro is at Louvre/Rivoli about 250 metres. Buy a carnet of 10 tickets for the metro and you'll get anywhere you don't want to walk to. We humped our luggage from Roissy CDG by metro, much cheaper than taxi etc.if you are on a budget (and who isn't?) and reasonably able-bodied. You can self-cater in the compact kitchen, buy food at local supermarkets, visit the terrific artisan boulanger/patissier down the road in Rivoli, or visit the fabulous eating establishments at Les Halles or across the river off St-Michel/ St-Severin. Stelios sells the most delicious taramosalata in the Parisian region, if not the known universe. The studio has a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Overall a terrific pied-a-terre from which to enjoy Paris. |

| Stelios was a fabulous host, he was very patient and understanding,particularly with our arrival [ I was suffering from an IQ dive as result of jetlag from 50,000 hours of confinement]. The apartment was fantastic and he explained the idiosyncratic nuiances of doors, stairs and neighbourhood necessities with diplomatic eloquence.Having the Louvre so close enabled us to visit virtually every day, which was brilliant, given that this institution has been a major force in my work for the last few years. We got to cook roast duck on Christmas day, it snowed, Paris is magnificent, life doesn't get any better....and this apartment was a major part of this adventure |

| We felt very familiar at your appatement. We were really astonished that we have had a view at the Louvre. We enjoyed this so much that we have had our breakfast at the table with the view to the Louvre early in the morning. The best was that we were so easily at the Louvre just by time without waitng in a cue, enjoying the most beautiful pictures so log as we wanted. | My first stay in Paris was simply delightful. The location of the apartment was perfect--close to everything I wanted to see and do. One of my concerns as a woman who travels alone is safety. I felt very comfortable in this neighborhood, even when walking around at night. The apartment was a comfortable haven to come back to after a day of exploring the city. It was great having a kitchen so that I could take my time with breakfast before heading out for the day. There are bakeries and grocery stores nearby so it is easy to stock up the kitchen with goodies like the pain au chocolat--my favorite! | We would like to say that we had a most wonderful time in Paris and the location of the Apartments can not be beat! You are within walking distance to just about everything you could possibly want to do and see. You are also very close to the Metro that will take you anywhere in the City that you could possibly want. The apartment was perfect! Nice and clean, very comfortable and Stelios was absolutely the most accomodating host. Definetely worth having the pick up at the airport too as driving in Paris is very tricky unless you know the streets well. We would recommend highly this apartment and it is a very good idea to book early as these rooms go incredibly fast!!!! Thanks Stelios, we hope that someday we may make it back to Paris.

| Cher Stelios, Thanks for you considerate hospitality during the mont of May while we were in the apartment. When you send money abroad, based on only internet contacts, you can be nervous. You did all those things necessary to reassure us. Even going so far as to having a friend meet us at the apartment when we arrived on a Sunday. The apartment was exactly as advertised and entirely what we wanted. It was clean and well-equipped--right down to the tire-bouchon. schon die Web-Seite ließ vermuten, dass alles ziemlich perfekt sein musste. Diese Vermutung verstärkte sich während des professionellen Buchungsvorganges und bestätigte sich voll bei der Ankunft und während des Aufenthaltes in Paris.
Das Appartement war gut und zweckmä-
ßig eingerichtet, sauber und verglichen mit manchem Hotelzimmer geräumig. Wir habe nichts vermißt.
Die zentrale Lage erwies sich als sehr vorteilhaft für alle Unterneh-
mungen und Stelios konnte schon beim ersten Kontakt das Gefühl vermitteln, dass man im Notfall, der Gott sei Dank nicht eintrat, einen Ansprechpartner hatte.

| Dear Stelios, Thank you again for a wonderful visit..Because this was our second stay with you, we now feel as if we are coming home when we walk down Saint Honore and see the Apartments.. My sisters also were very happy with every thing and are planning a return visit.. The weather was perfect the location was perfect the apartment is so well located that we feel as if we are in the heart of it all.. and we really were with the Louvre right across the street. and the Opera a short 20 min walk and I love haveing the two Metro stops so close it makes getting around a breeze... Once again I was up and out early talking my morning walk and felt safe and happy.. the small shop across the street was a perfect stop for morning coffee. after we had our wake up pot in the apartment. Everything was perfect.. The apartment is so well appointed that not having luggage for 3 days was not a major problem.. I used the washer and dryer each night and was finally able to convince Arthur that packing for a week could be done in a carry on... I shut the door and set the machine on 5 EASY.... We feasted in several different parks on several afternoons thanks to the wonderful food in your SHOP... so much fun..and relaxing. I am already planning a trip back to your apartments in my heart.. I hope it will be soon.. Thanks so much for the ride to and from the Apartment it did make everything so easy.. and thank you so much for arranging airport transportation for our daughter.. I know that she is in very safe hands.. Again we would stay no were else in Paris... thank you. | I recently finished an extended stay in Paris and lived at the Paris Louvre Apartments. The apartment provided by Stelios was great and well maintained. Stelios was a capable host and we shared educational conversations about our two cultures. The apartment location is great as it is near two metro stops and within walking distance to the best parts of the city. An added benefit was the great food provided by Stelios' catering business located on the first floor of the apartment building. The food is EXCELLENT. | April 12th-23rd, 2005 We enjoyed staying in this fully equiped, newly renovated and clean apartment. Especially the location of the apartment (indeed one street away from Palais Louvre!) has proved to be very advantages, since it saved us a lot of time. The owner is a nice young man, eager to make his guests to feel home. The only minus, the missing INCLUDED carpark, was compensated by the owner by allowing us to park our car on his parking place. The rate is very reasonable, and the amenities are excellent. It was very easy to get to the metro and withing walking distance to many, many important and interesting sites. Most importantly, your kindness and concern made my sister and I feel very comfortable and "at home". Also, we felt very safe. If we have the opportunity to return to Paris, you will be seeing us again!! Say hello to Alexander for us and, of course, your mother and father. You have a great family! |

| Dear Stelios, With all my heart I want to thank you for the most wonderful trip that we have ever made to Paris. Seeing you at the airport was only the beginning of a wonderful visit. The apartment , only one short block to two metro stops made travel around Paris very easy.. The photos online are true to the clean ,crisp and comfortable apartment, with a great shower and bath, but do not allow the viewer to see the delightful area that surrounds. We found the ability to make breakfast and coffee in the morning a treat. and on the way home in the evening stoping at the local neighborhood spot for a glass of wine and plate of cheese was a special treat. I often found myself up early and out for a long morning walk and felt very safe.. Stelois your introduction to the area was perfect giving us the sence of visiting a dear friend rather that being a paying tenent. Although I know that Cleveland does not have the sights and sounds of Paris, if you ever find yourself coming this way, you have a place to stay..We would be honored to open our home to you. | Stayed a week with my daughter and had a lovely time. Apartment was clean and even provided a few staples for which we were grateful after our long flight. We awoke each morning to view the Louvre basking in the first rays of sun. Lovely. Tabac across the street and grocery around the corner. We walked most everywhere; Louvre, Ste Chapelle, Les Halles, Pompidou, Opera Garnier, Tuilleries, left bank. Great Location! |
