Please read this section carefully. It explains the general renting
conditions applicable to your stay.
1. The Contract
Following any booking confirmation, a contract established in your name
and identifying your dates of booking will be forwarded to you by email.
It must be returned to us with your signature and with the written mention
"Read and Approved". By printing this contract, you will also find all
the information pertaining to your rent. The contract will be considered
valid only if it is followed by an immediate payment by credit card or
wire transfer "SWIFT".In any case it is the nominee who accepts the conditions
and declares himself responsible on behalf of all tenants. The contract
will be ratified for a fixed duration and the tenant does not have any
prerogative, except under agreement with us, past the end of the contract
to prolong his stay.
2. The stay
The tenant can check in at 12 (noon) and is kindly required to check out
at 10a.m. under the dates specified in the contract.
3. Payment
a) A deposit of 50 % of the price is asked you with the demand of
booking. The balance will be required in your arrival. If you did not
pay the deposit in the agreed date, you will be considered as having cancelled
your stay and we shall reserve the right to offer the service again to
the sale. (See cancellation article 5)
b) Payment deposit : by credit card or by wire transfer " SWIFT " in euros
on our bank account .
It is upon reception of your deposit that your booking will be definitively
confirmed
c) Balance payment : Should be paid cash in euros.If you want to pay the
balance of your hiring per credit card (7 minimum days before your departure)
you must add a overcost of 4 % of the amount of your balance which corresponds
at the expenses of this payment. If you don't add this overcost, it will
be asked to you by the owner with your arrival.
4. Deposit of guarantee
A guarantee deposit of 500 euros will be asked upon check-in. This deposit
should be made in cash, credit card or travelers checks (in euros or USD)
If, after completion of the inventory nothing is reported damaged, lost
or broken, the guarantee deposit will be returned to you upon checking
out. If damages are recorded, the guarantee deposit will be forwarded
to you within 2 months, after deduction of repairs/replacement costs or
supplementary cleaning resulting from an insufficient state of neatness.
If the guarantee deposit is insufficient, the tenant undertakes to pay
the additional costs before his departure.
5. Cancellation by yourselves
In case of cancellation after acceptance of your booking, the following
conditions will be applied:
a) Before the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be reserved. no
refund will be possible. You have the possibility to suggest us with a
customer to replace you.
Cancellation less than 30 days : 100 % will be invoiced
b) Interruption stay: In case of anticipated interruption, and if the
responsibility of the owner is not in question; no refund will be possible
but the guarantee deposit and this provided that there are no damages
during the inventory upon chek-out.
6. Damage Responsibilities
a) Contract nominee will be held responsible of any degradation on the
property and its contents by his fault or by a member of his group or
by one of his guests. He will also be responsible for any damages undergone
by another person and resulting from an act committed by him or by a member
of his group or a guest invited by him or by a member of his group.
b) State of the apartment should be irreprocheable at the end of your
stay.
c) Any negligence on the part of the nominee or on behalf of a member
of his group can cause deductions of repair or replacements costs off
your guarantee deposit and additional costs may be charged if the damages
exceed the amount of the deposit of guarantee.
7. Apartment Capacity
The number of tenant may not exceed the sleeping capacity stipulated
in the booking.
Animals are not accepted within the premises
8. Guaranteed Value
The price of the stay is guaranteed during the acceptance of your booking.
The water, the electricity, heater and the tourist taxes are included.
9. Optional
Telephone disposal (should be deducted from the guarantee deposit).
